Exhibition Guidelines


The exhibition floor plan will follow a first contracted first served basis. The floor plan is at the Al Ras Ballroom at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Diamond 9m X 3m, Booth
Platinum 6m X 3m, Booth
Gold 4m X 3 m, Booth
Silver 3m X 3m, Booth
Exhibition 1 X 3.5m 2.5m popups & 2 X chairs

Setup Timings


Assembly: October 18 at 10:00 up to October 19  at 07:00

Dismantling: October 21 at 17:30 up to October 21 at 22:00

Exhibit Timings


Exhibition will run in parallel to the scientific program. It is recommended that company reps from sponsors are present at their booths during coffee breaks and registration timings every day.

Compliance Forms


  • All built booths require approval of design by September 14, 2017 strictly
  • Sponsors are required to fill in a security clearance and compliance form on behalf or by their third-party booth designers/builders. The forms are provided by the venue in order to access the exhibition area. In the case forms are not provided no guarantee during setup can be made

In the case sponsors are sending items from abroad or congress bag inserts need to be sent to the following address:

Important Exhibitor Notes


  • Promotion of CME related events is strictly not allowed without prior consent of the Committee of the conference.
  • Promotion of ad hoc activities, CME program, future stand-alone, pharmaceuticals events are not allowed without prior consent of the committee.
  • Conducting any exhibitor related activities and promoting them during the hours of the scientific programs of the conference is strictly prohibited.

 

Non-compliance to any of the above statutes by exhibitors participating at the conference can result in a fine up to USD 50,000.
