Registration Pass

Register today and catch the early bird registration until August 31


Registration opens Wednesday, October 18 at 16:00-20:00 at the registration desk at the entrance of the event center and will continue the next day during the conference starting from 08:00.

Attendee’s will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

Registration passes will increase by USD 50-100 after August 31 when the standard rate applies

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Group Registration


Non-sponsoring Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact Basil Kadara on bkadara@diaedu.com  As such, a group consists of a minimum of 10 persons:

 

Early bird rate (Until August 31)

Standard rate (Until October 15)

Cancellation, Refunds & No-show Policy


Cancellation requests received one month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts an additional charge on USD 50 will be deducted or wire transfer charges.

 

Cancellations received less than one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

 

Diaedu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
