The organizer may use any of personal and/or non-personal data for various business purposes such as providing customer service, fraud detection, reporting, event improvement and market research. The personal data is utilized during the event to conduct marketing practices such as push notification, emails and any of sort of communication towards the users during the event.
In case of an error the organizer collects data and information (through third party products) on user devices called log data. This log data may include information such device’s internet protocol (“ip”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilising the organizer’s virtual environment(s), software(s) and/or platform(s), the time and date of use of the latter.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to a user’s browser from the web page that a user visits and are stored on a user’s device’s internal memory.
The services provided by the platform do not use these “cookies” explicitly. Users have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to their device. If a user chooses to refuse the organizer’s cookies, they may not be able to use some portions of the services provided by the platform.
Payments and Thirs Parties
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Terms & conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, users are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
